I have experience of producing Mural wall artworks in private dwellings, shops, schools and other businesses.
In 2023 I had the pleasure of creating a mural for a local primary school to celebrate their 50th anniversary. The school mural was created through a series of art workshops with the children, each child created a poster celebrating their school life and what the school meant to them personally. I selected elements from the posters, carefully selecting a variety across each class group and created the artworks on the mural exactly how the children had drawn them. It was important to me that the school mural was for the school, by the school. All the ideas were from the children and their imaginations! A small group of children from each class took turns and helped paint in the mural and now it is proudly on display in the school hall for all to see!
I often take inspiration from the surroundings, the colour schemes, your interests. Previous murals wall art that I have produced have been of wildlife and realistic florals, but I can also paint in a cartoony style too. I can also incorporate quotes that inspire you or your business logo. Anything goes really! I am just happy to paint and create. I use brushes not sprays to create my work and that is very much the style that I work to.
Where clients have a desire to brighten up their home surroundings, or for businesses to use their walls and windows to attract customers, I have worked with the client to come up with an exciting and colourful design which have proved incredibly popular.
